After 8 years of success in the coastal area of Tynemouth, Ken and Deborah Froggatt, along with their enthusiastic team of professionals, have now branched out to Gateshead's Jewel, Whickham.

Whickham is a lively town with many social, cultural and business activities just a couple of miles to the south east of Newcastle and is a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre.

Sonny's Locale is situated on Front Street which is the main street running through Whickham and has all the charm and atmosphere of Bella Riviera.

Sonny's Locale, Mediterranean Banquet Night There are a range of fresh pasta and pizza dishes for happy hour available in the early evening 5 - 7 and Friday and Saturday lunchtime. Sunday has a happy hour all day along with a succulent Carved Sunday Roast with all the trimmings.

On Tuesday it's Mediterranean Banquet Night, with an 'all you can enjoy' buffet for less than ten pounds per person. Child prices are available of course.

Full a la carte available, with all puddings and desserts from our own kitchen, alongside themed set menus exploring regional cuisine from Italy and the Mediterranean.

The upstairs 'Hi room' is available for private dining, business meetings, family occasions and social gatherings with an exciting range of themed menus from canapés to hot and cold banquets.
