Ken is a renowned popular chef who is much travelled in his quest for new and authentic Mediterranean dishes. 25 years of talent and dedication behind him and finding his love for Italian food, Ken now conducts and orchestrates also from outside the kitchen enjoying both sides of service.
Ken and his wife Deborah are frequent visitors to the Italian and French Riviera. They are always bringing back influences enjoyed there and re-create them here alongside old classical favourites and some signature dishes which have followed them around and have been enjoyed by diners old and new since the days of 'Vivante' in Ponteland, 'Bon Bistro' in Jesmond and 'Hot Box Café', Jesmond.
